Digital download store Digital Tunes has added some new features to their web site and made it a bit more social. Users can now submit their own news and charts and you can have your own profile like on all the other social web sites.
Digital Tunes is pretty cool; you can easily set up your own label account and start selling music in their store without going through a distributor. Around 10% of the tracks that are available in the store has been uploaded by labels having their own account on the site, these tracks represent 49% of all purchases on the site.
I really like this democratization of download stores, its nice to see the competition for the big established download stores.

Another interesting download store is Vienna based zero”, they have this cool thing where you can browse labels and tracks by country and city.
